Victor Hugo Spitz

Pastor Victor Hugo Spitz began his ministry journey as a young assistant pastor in Brazil, serving under the leadership and supervision of senior pastors in his home congregation. Growing up in a vibrant Pentecostal–Anabaptist environment, he learned early the disciplines of prayer, worship, teaching, and community service—forming the foundation of his calling.

In 2015, Victor came to the United States, where his dedication, character, and proven ministry experience led the Pentecostal Anabaptist Church to invite him to serve full-time in its North Miami Beach congregation. In 2018 he formally assumed the role of Assistant Pastor, becoming responsible for worship leadership, Bible teaching, community support, administrative care of the church building, and daily pastoral responsibilities.

During the COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2022), Pastor Victor played a central role in maintaining the continuity of the ministry through online services, livestream setup, digital outreach, and essential in-person oversight of church operations.

​

In February 2022, following years of faithful service, Victor was appointed Lead Pastor and U.S. Administrative Representative, assuming full responsibility for:

• Weekly services and Bible studies

• Pastoral counseling and prayer

• Administrative leadership

• Preparation of sermons and teachings

• Online ministry and community communication

• Supporting families and members throughout the week

​

Pastor Victor continues to faithfully shepherd the congregation while also pursuing his medical doctorate, integrating his pastoral calling with a commitment to serve the community in deeper and more holistic ways.

Marcio José Matos de Souza

Pr. Marcio José Matos de Souza is the founder and international overseer of the Pentecostal Anabaptist Church, a ministry with more than 100 congregations across South America and the United States. With decades of experience in pastoral leadership, church planting, and international missions, he has guided the church’s growth through prayer, vision, and apostolic commitment.

His leadership shaped the Miami congregation from its earliest days, supporting its development, structure, and pastoral formation. Pr. Marcio provides spiritual oversight, strategic direction, and mentorship to pastors and leaders throughout the ministry, including the Church of the Cloud in North Miami Beach.

​

As both a spiritual father and organizational leader, Bishop Marcio remains deeply involved in strengthening the pastoral team, supporting the mission of the church, and expanding the global impact of the Pentecostal–Anabaptist movement.
